As a tenant of the Simmons Tower Executive Suites Floor, I want to congratulate you and your staff on superior service during this difficult time in our lives. The building staff has been constantly wiping down doorknobs and surfaces; the staff and tenants are careful about wearing masks in entry spaces and elevators; all services to tenants have continued as before. Both Kaley Tucker and Audrey Herrera have given every accommodation to us since leasing this space. Please know that all tenants appreciate their response to our every need.

Just wanted to say Rick Sanders is a great person to have working for you. I was helping him with an order today and after we took care of him, my next customer said he forgot his glasses and could not read the catalog. Rick overheard this and went outside to his vehicle to get his spare glasses to give the guy.

I was thinking about our recent trip to South Bend as well as the other work that we had done in the last few months and wanted you to know how impressed we’ve been by the quality of your team.

I think that Philip Schmidt has done a particularly good job. He’s obviously a very smart and hard working young man.
