Kaley joined the firm in 2015 and manages many of the company’s high rise buildings, including Simmons Tower and various condominium towers. Kaley coordinates overall management, leasing activities, construction management, and financial oversight for more than 1.3 million SF of property across central Arkansas. She earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation in 2021 and was made a shareholder partner in 2022.
