Abby Dean

Abby has been with the firm since May of 2021 following the completion of her undergraduate degree. She began as the Tenant Relations Manager upon the completed construction of the Capitol Tower Executive Suites on the 12th floor. Abby’s primary focus included the day-to-day oversight of executive suite administrative functions and developing rapport to enhance the tenant experience on three floors of flex-lease space. Through Abby’s oversight, the Executive Suites within Simmons Tower, located on the 2nd, 12th, and 15th floors, have maintained nearly 90% occupancy. Abby earned her Arkansas Real Estate Salesperson license in 2021 and began assisting in the Simmons Tower leasing activity. In 2022, Abby was promoted to Assistant Property Manager assisting in all other Simmons Tower managerial functions, including the continued success of the Executive Centers. Abby assists the Property Manager in tenant communication, vendor coordination, and financial preparation.
