Position Title: Part-time/Weekend Concierge at River Market Tower
Reports To: Shirleta Clegg, Lead Concierge
Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary: This is a part-time/weekend position. The concierge is the face of Kelley Commercial Partners and the property. The person in this position will be responsible for the first impression of the property. The concierge will provide superior service to the owners, residents, prospects, vendors, and guests. The person in this position must be willing to take charge of a wide assortment of needs and tasks as situations arise – ideally, anticipating and identifying needs before issues develop. To be successful in this position, you must be reliable, friendly, well organized, proactive, have excellent customer service skills, and most importantly, possess a great attitude.

This position requires the regular use of confidential client and Company information, including highly sensitive financial information of tenants and the Company, in the execution of the following list of essential duties:
- Warmly greet residents and guests upon entry and exit.
- Respond to phone calls, requests, questions, and other needs appropriately and in a friendly professional manner.
- Document all issues and copy Property Manager.
- Interact with residents to schedule maintenance or other services such as deliveries and dry cleaning.
- Make regular building rounds and report any inefficiency to maintenance and copy Property Manager.
- Become knowledgeable of the building rules and regulations.
- Work closely with maintenance, cleaning crew, and vendors.
- Serve as a liaison and maintain activity log for issue resolution for the building.
- Reserve and monitor the party room in a helpful friendly manner. Complete and turn in inspection checklist so that appropriate fees may be allocated by Property Manager.
- Monitor the traffic control of portico.
- Demonstrate integrity when handling building security and access codes.
- Maintain and update owner information for contact sheets.
- Maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with the residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Assists with elevator access when appropriate.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and suspicious persons.
- Maintain secure storage and control of all keys issued and under concierge responsibility.
- Maintain records and logs of package deliveries and Rx deliveries.
- Respond to email communications and answer inquiries.
- Monitor security cameras.
- Maintain a positive attendance record, which includes regular and predictable attendance and work/break schedule.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High School diploma is required. Three to five years of front desk, office management, or related experience is required.

- Employee will be required to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Position requires manual dexterity for office machine operation, including computer and calculator, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, mobility to complete errands or deliveries, and/or sitting for extended periods of time.
- Stress can be triggered by multiple staff demands and deadlines. The employee must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and concentrate for long periods of time.
