Position Title: Assistant Property Manager

Kelley Commercial Partners, a commercial real estate firm located in downtown Little Rock, is looking for an energetic and talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.

The ideal candidate needs to have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
WHAT YOU OFFER:
- College degree in Business or related field.
- Ability to analyze and interpret documents such as leases, contracts, and procedure manuals.
- An understanding of accounting is helpful.
- The ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and written.
- Ability to understand and generate financial reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operating basic office equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and well as familiarity with Adobe.
- Ability to adapt to change according to the needs of the organization, owner, or tenant.
- Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
- Must be eligible and willing to meet the requirements to hold an Arkansas Real Estate License.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager.
- Coordinates arrangements for preventative maintenance and repairs to property.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of property.
- Monitors tenant activities for compliance with lease, property, and security requirements.
- Ensure timely collections of all rent receipts and prepare collection correspondence.
- Ensure all customer complaints are handled promptly and appropriately.
- APMs who hold an AR Real Estate License may be asked to show property and participate in leasing activities.
- Assist in the development, preparation, and administration of property operating budgets.
- Review, audit, assist in preparation, and present monthly and annual financial reports.
- Become knowledgeable in the use of Property Management software (Yardi).
- Provide project management services for construction projects.
