Melody Leonard joined Kelley Commercial Partners in January 2025 as Property Management Controller, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in financial management and operations. A Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Melody has a proven track record of overseeing complex budgets, streamlining financial processes, and leading administrative teams across various industries.

Prior to joining Kelley Commercial Partners, Melody served in leadership roles managing multi-million-dollar budgets for organizations in the healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Her expertise in financial reporting, grant administration, and human resources management has made her a trusted advisor in every role she’s held.
