ERIC VARNER

Eric joined the firm in 2013 as a member of the property management team, overseeing premier medical buildings, office buildings, and retail centers in Central Arkansas. In 2017, he was selected by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for the inaugural Next-Gen CPM Leadership Class, earning his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in less than 18 months as one of 20 young professionals nationwide. He became a shareholder partner in 2018 and was elected Vice President in 2023, expanding his role to include business recruitment, outreach, brokerage, and oversight of the Little Rock office’s property management portfolio and its 54 team members.
