ERIC VARNER

Since joining the firm in 2013, Eric has been instrumental in managing some of Central Arkansas’ most prominent medical, office, and retail properties. His clients include major healthcare systems, national banks, international investment firms, and local physicians and investors. Eric oversees property management, leasing, construction coordination, and financial operations. His portfolio now spans over 1.7 million square feet. In 2017, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) selected Eric for its inaugural Next-Gen CPM Leadership Class, where he earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in under 18 months.
